The closing was a nightmare. Lender and title company (both out of town) refused to work together to get this done. Too long of a story to go into now. I sold my house for more than I originally anticipated. Our sale was also fairly complicated since the house was in probate. In addition it had been vacant for about 4 months prior to the listing and inhabited by my 18 year old son the 8 months prior to that, so it needed some work. Janis was very helpful and stayed very positive and supportive through the entire process. Also, her communication was very open and very prompt. I am so glad I listed with her.
